Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your performance footwear arrives safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which we cannot refund. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your performance footwear. If you need to return or exchange your running shoes, hiking boots, or casual footwear, please follow our simple process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Insoles (all types including custom and performance insoles)
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For international returns (outside the US), you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes. We cannot refund these amounts.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify your desired size
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If the new size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
